Happy international women's day!

I never really felt at all different or unique being a woman in business when I was younger. However, that's probably because my Mum ( and Dad ) are pretty awesome business people that run their own companies.

However, over the years, it's definitely highlighted to me the unbalanced scale of women in big business, especially now my sister is in the corporate banking world as well.

I love being an employer of an all-women team ( men are welcome to work here as well we just get mostly women apply for any jobs ). We are so similar and different but most of all come together to create such a lovely atmosphere in the workplace
